Urban Decay EYESHADOW PRIMER POTION is something you wish to apply before your eyeshadow for crease-free color and more vibrant effect. It lasts for 24+ hours and dries down invisibly. Eden, Sin and Greed shades, however, can also be worn as shadows or highlighters.
