Urban Decay VICE 4 palette includes 20 never-before-seen shades, ranging all the way from deep, charcoal black, to soft beige. The palette combines different shades of diverse finishes, including matte hues, satin ones, sparkles, and even high-tech, glamorous metallic. The Palette is delivered in a slim metallic case with rainbow-colored shattered glass design, and topped with a high-polish iridescent VICE logo.
