Urban Decay Vice Liquid Lipstick is Urban Decay's cult Vice Lipstick, but in a waterproof, liquid formula! The cutting-edge formula is said to be amazingly longlasting, with ZERO transfer. In other words, it is not going anywhere until you decide to take it off! The lipstick is infused with an insane amount of pigments, from Urban Decay's signature neutrals to bold brights, holding heavy loads of pearls and glitter. Available in two kinds of finishes: metallized and comfort matte.

First, line lips with the precise applicator; then apply one coat to fill. Do not press lips together. If desired opacity is achieved, let dry. A little goes a long way, but for more coverage, apply a second coat. Let dry completely and you’re good to go.
