Yves Saint Laurent Pure Chromatics

Yves Saint Laurent Pure Chromatics eyeshadow is set of  6 new color palettes, and each of them can be applied using the dry method, to get nice soft color, and wet – to enhance the shine and make the chromatic pigments come to life. In this collection water is a color catalyst, intensifying the chromatic power of the nacres and pigments. When applied with water, the color is more intense, it becomes creamy and coated in an intense metallic finish: “Pearl white transforms anthracite into metallic violet. Iridescent brown melts with pink to create nude beige. Bronze becomes a moiré taffeta under the influence of garnet.”

• Directions

  APPLIED DRY: For a soft effect, for light or daytime eye makeup.
  Apply onto the eye lid with the foam applicator.
  APPLIED WET: For an accentuated finish, to increase the intensity of pigments and pearly particles.
