E.l.f. Essential Smudge Brush is great when you want to create perfect smoky look around your eyes. The dense brush applies exact amount of color and helps you easily blend and smudge the lines.

  • Directions

    Apply a dark colored eyeshadow at the lash line and using a back-and-forth motion blend and smudge the color in until desired intensity. You can also soften any cream or pencil eyeliner by smudging out the edges to create a smoky look. To define and contour the eye, apply the color onto the eyelid right below the brow bone and blend in using the same method as above.
