With fine hair, it’s extremely important to choose the right product and apply it loosely from root to end, as you don’t want to weigh it down. To start, mist the Prep Primer all over damp hair and apply Work Don’t Blow It (fine) evenly into strands. Finish by applying Surf Spray from roots to ends and scrunch it.

You may even want to mix and match the products: for enhanced texture and body combine Prep Primer and Don’t Blow It Fine, while the blend of Prep Primer and Surf Spray results in a windswept texture with a matte finish.
