Here is a promotional image of the upcoming Magnetix Collection by China Glaze. The collection is scheduled for release in March 2012, and offers a range of magnetic nail polishes.
The principle is the same – there is a high-impact metallic shade infused with metal pigments, and a separately sold nail lacquer magnet. To achieve the wonderful stripped effect on your nails, all you have to do is to apply a coat of nail polish and hold a magnet above the nail. Magnetic force will propel tiny particles, arranging them in such a way to form a lovely pattern. This is probably the easiest way to do great nail art at home!
There is no information about this collection yet. It looks like there will be 12 nail polishes in the collection but, at this moment, I can’t tell you the names of the shades or any information about the pricing. I’ll keep you updated! In the mean time, enjoy the first look:
