OPI Pink Of Hearts 2012

October sees the launch of the new nail polish duo designed by OPI in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Same as any fall season, October is a month when most of the major brands take the opportunity to raise some funds and awareness, as well as to support various international health organizations in their effort to stop this terrible disease.

As usual, the products are pink-colored, or they are presented in unique pink-themed packaging, evoking the color of the famous pink ribbon, which serves as an international symbol of breast cancer awareness. OPI Pink of Hearts 2012 brings two lovely pinky shades: the creamy one is named I Think in Pink, while You Glitter Be Good to Me refers to the glittery shade. The shades are sold together, as a duo, in a special pink ribbon themed package, and in support of breast cancer awareness.

You can wear each of the shades individually or layer them one on top of the other. Creamy shade can be worn as a base-coat, while the glittery shade can be used to add some glitz and glam to the fingertips. What I really like about OPI You Glitter Be Good to Me shade is that it combines mirconized and large glitters in various colors ranging from dusty rose to vibrant magenta.

OPI Pink Of Hearts 2012 nail polish duo launches this month at all major beauty shops that carry OPI nail products. This is a limited edition duo and it retails at $14.95. By purchasing OPI Pink Of Hearts 2012 you'll help OPI to raise funds and donate $25,000 in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month to Susan G. Komen for the Cure®, and $5,000 to Rethink Breast Cancer in Canada.
