Isopropyl Alcohol, Ethylcellulose, Isopropyl Myristate, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil
Directions
After putting on lipstick and/or liner, brush over lips. Let it dry for about 10 seconds and then put another coat of lipstick on top. To remove: use an oil based remover
