Too Faced Festival Refresh Spray is a refreshing makeup spray infused with opalescent pearls for all-over, festival-ready sparkle. The refreshing mist cools on contact, helps refine the look of pores, and improves  skin texture. 

  • Directions

    Shake well. Hold bottle 6-8 inches away from face and mist directly onto skin.

    PRIME: Apply to clean skin before makeup.

    SET: Apply after makeup to keep it in place all day.
