Shake Festival Refresh™ Makeup Spray well and apply a priming mist to face. Allow to dry.
Load your Rainbow Brush by following the arc of the Rainbow Strobe™ Highlighting Powder, matching up the colors or the rainbow to the colors on the brush.
Apply to tops of cheekbones-pink on top, purple on the bottom-near the hollow of the cheek. Reload and sweep on the other cheekbone/Set with another spritz of Festival Refresh Makeup Spray
